Programming Tonight is an informal weekly event held by members of the Chicago GNU/Linux group. We convene generally on Thursday or Friday nights at various locations (see: Free Wifi Spots in Chicago) to work on our own personal programming projects, either together, or individually. If you're looking for a project to help out with, or want some intelligent company to work on your own, join us for Programming Tonight.

Location: Fixx Coffee Bar 3053 N Sheffield Ave Chicago, IL 60657 (773) 248-0841

Time: Friday, Feb 15 at 7PM

Future Meeting Spots

Who knows? We usually decide in the last minute. We have a list of free wifi spots (see FreeWifiChicago ) that we've amassed, though very few of them work very well for what we want. It unfortunately seems as though we can't often find the combination of relatively quiet, free wifi, and open late, so we usually go to Ambrosia or Arabia Cafe. (Cyberia was perfect until it closed down). If you have something like that in mind, please add it to the list or bring it up.

Proposed Projects

Here at PT, we let you work on whatever you want. However, some people may want to come for the purpose of collaborating with others. Here, we will list projects that we want to consider working on. We will discuss which one we want at PT of Feb 15, 2007.
