Chump is a bot that idles in our main IRC channel, #chiglug and normally goes by the nick "chumpy". Chump pulls URLs that are posted in our IRC channel and adds them to the Chump page and RSS feed. If you need help with Chump, just do /msg chumpy help or ask someone who is in the channel.
